Depends on the power you want. You can pick up 5hp by buying the F22A6 cam, or you can send your stock cam to DeltaCam.com and for $85 they'll regrind it to the specs you want. A lot of people seem to go with the 260 or 272. Also, buy the F22A6 intake manifold and swap over whatever parts are needed. That'll give you a good boost too. As for a header, any good H23 header will bolt right up

*addition* Email rayray_369@hotmail.com. He's got a full F22A6 he's parting out

I know the a6 cam and intake would be better but im wondering about which is better between the a1 a4 because thats what i have to use and why does the prelude f22a1 have more horsepower and torqe than the accord is it the pcu?

Well you could use the intake manifold you have right now, and port it to match the intake manifold gasket ( if you do that just don't polish it.) That's what i'm going to do with mine, and you can go to http://www.f22parts.com and they have cam specs, i got the specs from there, and going to send my cam to a machine shop so they can reground it to those specs. And you can also port the throttle body too. It don't seem like there's much to port, but u still can.

Only difference between F22A1 and A4 is the header. Between the F22A1, A4, and A6, the A4 has the best header. Anyway, the Prelude F22A1 only has more power because the ECU is tuned slightly different for more power instead of better milage.

I heard that automatic transmission camshafts are more aggresive than stickshift camshafts on the motors. Supposedfully they are, it might be true though.
