if you want to change the civic drum to integra rear disc brake.. you have to take out and exchange the whole rear assembly and e-brake line.. that is all you have to change b/c i did that conversion with my 96 civic..

The 92 Integra suspension should fit your 93 Civic just fine. I know the rear LCAs are different, so you may or may not be able to use them.

As said before, you will just need to swap the rear trailing arms, rear brake hoses & rear e-brake cables to get a rear disc swap done. It is also recomended that you swap in the proportioning valve from the 92 Integra, as long as the Integra didn't have ABS. If you don't have this part you should be okay, but I recomend you find one & eventually swap it in...

You can also use the prorportioning valve from any "NON ABS Rear Disc" 88-95 Civic/CRX/Del Sol or 90-97 "NON ABS" Integra...
