Default Back from Suzuka F1, Mugen and more..update on P3

Well all, the last month has been quite exciting for me. I was able to make it over to Japan to catch the second to last F1 race of the year at Honda's very own Suzuka Circuit. Im not much for words so ill let the pics to the talking. I was also able to invite a couple honda-techers to meet up with me in Tokyo, so i showed them around for a bit and we had a great time. Please enjoy the pics. Thanks to Kengs san for the great recomendations as always.

on with the show....

left phoenix 6am (first flight to LA)
LA to narita12.5 hours
narita to Osaka by shinkansen 5 hours
Finaly make it to where i sleep about 24 hours later I need a beer!

( for the Nippon junkees, I stayed in Osaka with friends =free, and there was a special express train in the morning to the race track 115min, for me this worked best)

gota love Narita Booty its always there to greet me

Suzuka Circuit the night before qualifying..

Although Suzuka isnt the most spectator friendly track, it was certainly the best venue for a honda enthusiest!

luckily it dryed up for race day and the R marshall came out to make sure the track was race ready!!

sato san rolling deep in the honda s100!
he looked a little bit better in ithis though.. unfortunately he did horablly in the race
schumi san

not sure if this was exactly safe or not.. can i get a second opinion from RJ on this?...
race chics rule!

so does race track beer!

this one is for Kengs san.. yes i tried the beef and it was DERICIOUS!!!!

the trains were unbearable so we had to get off at Nagoya station and hit a late night happy hour until the last train was to take us back to osaka.

Thats all from F1.. ill throw in some random pics from the trip and mix them all up. but heres some from a place i think youlll all be familiar with....

HOLY CRAP!!! too much to comment on!

Bah! You're so lucky to go to the Japanese GP. That's one thing I've got to do. Taku may have retired from the race, but at least you got to watch him and Jense race.. Me, on the other hand, went to Indy this year for the USGP. Michelin & FIA..

Sooo lucky. Thanks for sharing the pics and I don't have to ask if it was fun. Dang!

That sign of Taku swigging the Super H2O is hilarious. bahaha

Oops, sorry, when I said retired I meant from the race.

Yes! Hopefully he'll be racing for Super Aguri F1! *crosses fingers*

I just noticed the 10,000 RPM redline on the Mugen LM V8 engine in the Legend Max.

If Honda never gets the wild hair to produce that baby, I hope to at least see some video of the concept car in action.

Nice pictures! Great captions! Crap...I was going to say something really scarcastic...hmmmm.

Pointless fact: Shibuya....that little intersection right there and the immediate surrounding buildings is the most exspensive realestate on the planet.

Nice trip. Might have to do that soon to visit some friends. No excuse not to go considering I'm only a 5 1/2 hour flight away.
