Cam gear bolt stuck?

Valve spring compressor etc.
What special tools do I need to replace the valve stem seals? According to Helm's, I need a valve spring compressor, a seal remover, and a seal installer.
I assume I cannot go without the spring tool, so which should I get? And do I really need the seal tools?
