rotors are rusted to the hub
drilled screws and undid caliper and pounded the crap our the rotor with rubber mallet???? also used a pry bar in the back bracing it on the caliper bolt.
yea well i hope you don't plan on having them turned, lol . that **** happened to me when i first got my car, you have to ******* hit them with a sledge hammer on the pad surface to break them loose, or try pounding around the hub part if your afraid of breaking something.
hit it with a hammer. Rubber mallet if u wanna keep ur rotors.....but they're rusted. Just hit the thing twice, give it a quarter turn and do that. If that doesnt work, ehhhhhhh i dont know man, hit harder. Luck to you bro.
Its cheaper to get new rotors and to get them turned.....look into it.

a 92 civic should have threaded holes in the rotors as well, unless for some reason some non oem rotors don't have them. Last time i changed my rotors i had the same problem as you. I ended up cranking the bolts until the rotor actually cracked right off.
