Default squiking itr throttle (power loss)

i just installed a jdm itr throttle body on my gsr, ive got a skunk 2 intake manifold, lightly ported, with itr pistons, milled head and crower stage 2's, along with a few couple more tricks, but after i installed the throtle body, i lost power and i keep hearing this terrible squeek. i installed and removed it several times, i changed the gasket, and still, no luck, i put my b16 throttle body back on and no squeek. why does my car sound like a bird and feel like an ls with the jdm throttle body? anybody have any ideas?

you may have a faulty tb gasket...

also, calibrate your TPS sensor with the new TB or it's just worthless.....

Test the middle wire ( I think) for .5 volt with the throttle closed. It should be 4.5 volts @WOT. If you notice the holes in the TPS are slotted so you can adjust the tps to have the correct voltages...
When you turn the key on, wait for a few seconds. Youll see your throttle point on your vafc will slowly "reset" to 0%. After it does, it should read 100% when you floor it...
The "squeaking" or "whistling" sounds like a vacuum leak.
