Oil pressure wiring help
i just bought an oil pressure gauge, mechanical. and i would like some help, i need to know, were i can send the tubing through the firewall without drilling. what wires to connect to so it lights up when my cluster lights up, and were to connect the hose to the block. my car is an 1999 acura 1.6EL, so 1999 civic si i belive is the sister. any help would be great.
i wouldn't install a mechanical one... if that hose breaks, there will be oil all over your interior
in any case, if you decide to do it, i know on eg's there's a hole on the driver's side top portion of the firewall... could check that out

hey all, just wondeinr if someone could help with this. its my first car, and i can find NO wiring schematics for the 1999 cvic. so i have no idea how to wire the light in. i hate wiring. the oil fitting im much more comfortable with. Im not sure, but i tap into the fitting right by the oil filter? or is there a place on the block. and help would be awesome, and the favour not forgotten. thanks.
ps. i would like to figure this out on my own , if someone else has some wiring diagram, or a hint on what wires.. best way to learn is to try it, but i kinda wanna be able to turn my lights on. ahha
