Default Ball Joints

I searched and found some help but still have questions. Once the lower control is removed and I go the reinstall it is there any special way on just bolt it back on with the castle nut (on the steering knuckle) and tighten it down and put in a new clip? I am not sure because if you have to beat the **** out of it to get it off, does it just go right back on?

you line it up, and it it should go right back together, then tighten to torque spec, and finally install cotter pin.

thanks guys. I am putting front GSR knuckles, rotors, calipers, lower control arms and stock 24mm sway. In the rear I am using Gsr rear disc with lower control arms and the 22mm rear sway with beaks kit. I am installing most this weekend. What do you think of this setup?

I'm a bit partial to the Pseudo ITR front brake setup myself, but what your doing is going to be great on CX!.

I did it on my sister's 94 civic.
I goes right in there, no specialty needed.

The only problem you have is if you don't put it on right, the whole dam lug turns instead of that cassle nut.
