B16a 90 CRX Si "parts car"... the whole thing
I need money to buy a daily driver, so I'm parting with the crx:
Car was hydroplaned into a median resulting in front end damage and a broken radiator, however the engine still works! it has been run since the accident, but because it doesn't have a radiator, it hasn't been run for long. On my most recent attempt to start it, it wouldn't start (turn the key and nothing happens) don't know whats wrong because I haven't opened the hood since the accident. All the swap needs is an oilpan (its dented) and a new idle control valve and idle temp valve (they work, but it idles high when cold).
engine has around 70,000miles on it...
Chassis has 180,000
Car is an Si and has the seats (rip in driverside) w/ custom fit seat covers
rear disk brakes
almost a brand new exhaust system made by HTP (a shop in St. Louis)... on the car for a month before the wreck. Mandrel bends, Maganflow compnants, new high flow cat, flex section... cost me $500 easy w/ parts and labor.
CRX Si suspension componants
Si wheels (GSR Fat5's do not come with the car)
front strut tower brace
intake w/ K&N filter
short shifter
Pioneer CD/CDR/MP3 and front 5 1/2's
sony 6 1/2 speakers in back
Pics and more info: cardomain page
*Car is currently in Chicago, but I am towing it back within the next month*
I'd like to see $2000 for all of it... and consitering it has the full b16 swap and the suspension/brake stuff, audio... I think thats reasonable, but I'm negotiable.
edit... I don't use HT very much, but I have done business with people on 3geez.com(buying and selling), and ebay (only as a buyer though)
i reserave the right to end the sale if I find a car do drop the engine into myself.

I dont really have the tools or time to be parting it out, otherwise I would. If I can get the stuff I need to pull the exhaust, I will contact you.
I dont think thats going to work for me.
plus, the extra 200 you offered doesn't cover the expense of getting the car to you.

for all the pics I have. There is rust on the quarters, previous owner tried to fix the passenger side bud did a pretty poor job, and the rust is overtaking the bondo.
