back firing problem

Default back firing problem
i have a 95 ls/vtec and on saturday my car would start and idle to about 2000rpms and would die i changed the spark plugs and wires and now it runs but when it warms up it stalls out when i am driving i get to about 3500rpms and it back fires real bad can anyone please help me thanx

Do you have any fuel system modifications? What ECU are you using?
