well that depends on what you mean by "differences", and you need to provide the type of F series engine you currently have in your 1990 accord, (i assume thats what your looking for since its in your signature), anyways, you have not given any information about the type of engine currently in your car, theres not just one, but a few F series engine that could be in a 1990 accord, provide more detailed info, and youll get your difference

Well I have the stock F22a1 and I bought a complete F22B1. So far the only prob seems to be what accesory brackets to use and a little wirring...

The F22B1 is vtec so you'll have to run a wire for that. I'm not sure if it has IABs. Also you have to switch two pins around on your wiring harness. Search for F22B1 headswap.
