should I ?
should i use the dohc zc to build for all motor or should i build my d16z6.
the zc is already tooken apart and needs to be built but which would one would i get faster all motor wise i looked for all motor parts for the zc and theres not alot to be found. unless im looking in the wrong spot.
but i know i can use the zc pistons for the z6 and bumps the cr up in a pretty good chunk.
someone kick me in back and tell me which one to do.
NO turbo even tho i love it but i need a reliable car.

B.S. - the ZC has basically the same bottom end as any other D-series, just has a better head - they don't "blow-up" any quicker than any other Dseries engine - if you want to go slower all motor, use the Z6, otherwise better use the DOHC ZC

because of that that means he hasn't seen it riiiiight
I myself would say if you have a z6 use it like CRX toad said its already there and the differnce between it and a dohc zc arn't too much as you said.
So why swap.
go z6 better yet B

The other reason I say Z6 there are more parts to be had for that motor too at a cheaper price.

Doesn't every motor have a "similar" bottom end in the Honda family?

for the love of christ and all things that are holy, how many of these posts can be made in one week??? With that being said, everything CRXToad said is true. I would keep the Z6 and build it, Z6>ZC. Sounds like you ended up with an A6 anyway, so thats a good thing. Then there is Gude performance, waste of money, total worthless vender, I suggest import builders, I'm pretty sure they do d series stuff. I have a personal horror story with Gude, and have heard many others to validate that it wasn't a fluke. Stay as far away from them as possible. Mabey do some searching on the allmotor forum, and see what the SOHC guys are going with.
Search is your friend, if everyone uses search, I will never see another ZC vs Z6 thread, and then I will die a happy man.
