Looking for rpm wire?
Hello all,
I'm looking for the rpm wire on a Honda Prelude 2.0i mk5 years 97-01. I need to find the wire so that i can connect it into an lpg (liquefied petroleum gas) sequential injection system so that it can regulate the gas needed etc.
I've looked at autodata and it mentions something about pin C2 on the ecu. Is there any wire that i can use thats located in the engine bay or something.
Any help much appreciated.

the rpm wire is always blue with no other colors, just straight up blue....not at the ecu though...
you can either look up the pinout for your car, or you could try and get your hands on the installation insturctions for a vafc in that car, that will help you find that wire
you could tap into it under the hood...there is an rpm test connector on the passenger side shock tower and you also could get it in the dash, behind the instrument cluster, where it plugs in....
