They may have been optional rims from Honda , like the Factory Performance. I do recall seeing em at my local dealer.

Go to your local Honda dealer and ask them for the options catalog for the 99-00 Civic. Quite simple. They maybe called "The Optional Rim"....just a guess though.

Be sure to print out a picture of the rims and take it with you to the stealership. That way you aren't standing there going, "uh.. you know.. the rims... they uh.. they're round... Oh, yeah.. they have an H on them..." You can just show him a pic and he can tell you whether or not he can get them for you.

could these rims of been on the 01-up civics? bceause I know theres a wide variety of different styles of rims for them... Im not too sure though, so Im not trying to give you the wrong info, but yea, I'd check with honda, they should know...
