Yes K is the end to the B and H feud and all the flaming that it would entail here.

H and some good tires, unless you want 2 ft lb's of torque at 7500 rpm

Have had both, and for a daily driver the H is allot better in my opinion cause you can just cruise it. As far a power stock vs stock depending on if they are JDM or USDM the B will make anywhere from 145whp-160's the H will make from 145-175 ish. It will vary depending on application. H series has the axle issue that the B doesnt have and the transmission on the B to me seems to be alittle better. Shifts a little smother and doesnt seem to mind the Higher RPM shifting as much. A GSR with all the goodies as far as bolts on' would make as much as high 180's tuned and the H in the 190's no problem. I would say which every motor has the LSD or is in better condition would be the way to go the swaps will end up costing about the same. Both have allot of potential but the H can make more power with basic bolt ons for sure !! Hope this helped if not the i just wasted a minute typing lol !!

K's suck. all they have going for them is VTC, but that can't hardly keep up with a highly modified n/a setup

b's are great all around

but....h with a b-series tranny is DEFF the way to go. Send the head off ot RLZ to get a stage 1 port job...and you'll flow more than a K head.

K-series motors suck? Dude a stock k20a2 will put down 220whp/160wtq with I/H/E and tuning. You won't get that much power/torque with a stock h-series or b-series with just a I/H/E and tuning. K-series has a lot more potential.

K's suck?

Ok, you tell me where you can gain 30+ HP just on I/H/E and tuned ecu.

I guarentee the K series will take B and H series every time.

ha

so, what makes a k better? the d-series bearings? the shithole trannies?

like i siad...their biggest thing (besides displacement) is VTC...big ******* whoop.

the H series head will flow just as much as a k head wiht a simple valve job. H's are cheaper and more plentiful. Slap a b series tranny on it...and then go side to side with any stock k20 swap and see what happens

I think it'll take more than a valve job to make up 20 or so horses the K has over the H and B. You're comparing parts not numbers... that's rediculous. So what if the bearings and trannies suck in your opinion? The truth is in the numbers. The K makes more torque and HP on every level of modification.

i wasn't comparing HP or parts you idiot. I was comparing HEAD ******* FLOW.

you get an RLZ valve job on an H22 head...you flow 300cfm, simple as that.
