well another h series man.welcome to the h family.you use 90-93 integra
axles..this is what i have found that works best.but some do use the inners
and outters of the prelude axle.you also use the 90-93 accorde intermediate shaft
"5-speed"....i think there is also some other ways of doing it to.just do a search
i am sure you will find what you need.

i use the 90-93 integra axles with 90-93 accord intermediate shaft as stated above and it works beautifully. not one problem yet. i also have hasport mounts.

using the DA integ axles with accord intermediate would prob be your best option. OR you can use prelude intermediate with prelude inner hubs with DA on the driver side and ZC integ on passenger. OR buy aftermarket ones..

for the axels you can make them yourslef or you can get hasports for like $500 or something. or go to autozone and get 2 sets of axels. The way u make the axels is by using 90 -91 integra axels, and remove the iner cv joint. Replave the iner cv acording to the intermediate shaft that you are using. on my set up i have a 91 prelude intermidiate shaft so im using a 90-91 prelude inner cv joint. The cv joint pull off with the removal of the metal bands, and the axel rollers are lined up and inserted in the iner cv joint channels. Put a new metal band on or put the old one on if u didnt damage it. For the Header issue, use a prelude header and have a welding shop rotate the flange so it will fit accordingly to the civic exhaust.
