Default motor trouble. some one help me

well i just put a jdm gsr motor in my car, it starts up fine and all that good stuff. The problem i am having is that when i took it out for a spin and press on the gas it accelerates but to a certian ponit, like 10 mph and boggs down and wont go any faster and when i try to shift it is like the shifter is stuck and wont come out. this happens in all the gears. i am stuck and dont know what to check or do. soo can any one help me ?

From the little info you gave us im thinking it has to do with Drivetrain somewhere. Clutch, Axles, tranny etc.

1 check all engine grounds
2. check all fluid levels
3. Are there any CEL?
4. is your tranny fluid topped off?
5. Shift linkage on correctly and secure?

Could be a bent Shift Fork in the transmission as well

I was gonna say u really wont be able to shift if u dont have both the B Series bars for the linkage, then the shifter will sit forward a lot... and will be a pain in the *** to shift... tat happend in my z6 when I didnt have both bars for the z6 linkage and my b16 when I swapped that..... hope you figure everything out...
