A JDM GSR swap is a great swap for the 94 Integra -and it is pretty easy to do. You can reuse your axles and mounts, or choice to purchase urathane mounts if you wanted. Have only a little wiring to do, and it is all go from there.
Also, if the LS is in good condition, you can normally get some good money for it selling it to someone in a 92-95 Civic or someone else.
