Speedometer & Odometer not working

94 Accord LX coupe, both the Speedometer and Odometer are not working. They would work intermitently but are now bust. The funny thing is that the Cruise Control works, I set the speed just based on judgement.

How do I fix this, any ideas will help.

One of 2 things.... VSS or speedo head. Check these and get back to us

If it worked off and on for a while and then just quit... speedo head. I had the same problem

If you notice no other symptoms, IE: funky trans shifting, "Check Engine" Lamp on etc; I'd suspect the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor).
If there are no other indicators; Speedo Head
