Default T1R Titanium Wheel Nuts

I think I need a set even though they're more expensive than my wheels. Anyone actually seen these in action?

Absurd, Titanium characteristics arent the best for temperature changes. Especially if its holding onto your wheel. I cant imagine somebody spending 500.00+ USD for lug nuts. Not knocking on AJ by any means, just the idea. Shet

Yeah, isn't titanium pretty soft?

plus $500 for something thats going to be battered by a wrench a few times a year at the least?

Although I do like those Mugen bolts that are like $20 so just ignore me

Just as a comparison, the Buddy Club lug nuts are retardedly light, have been holding up extremely well to repeated use with the wrench, and were like $50 for 12 nuts. Losing 4 more ounces or something for $450 is just plain moronic.

Just goes to show you can sell anything as long as there's enough idiots with money floating around. I'd put these nuts up there with the T1 grounding kit that consists of $8.00 in cables and sells for $100.

For $400-500, you'll be getting lugs that are near impossible to strip, thats it. For $400, you can buy cheap lugs and strip them for fun all day long and still have $300 bucks left. Go with the Buddy Club lugs.

You don't have those on a Renault LeCar or something, do you?
(i.e., 12 lug nuts)

Titanium is not good for temperature changes. Ti is known to be brittle.

Yup, seen them in action. All the boys @ AJR have them. Not really sure the benefits. A&J promised I'd be a baller if I rocked them though

lol. i didn't even notice that. some people just have different priorities. but then again, we all know those lugs will improve grip and control way better then a nice set of tires.

No, those are the T1R's, I was just saying that the Buddy Club lugs would be more practical.

I'm just using them on the front, and then have a set of spares for if/when I strip any

I too hate it when people go cheap on tires.

Whats up you Canadian Fock!?

A&J ballerness, courtesy of me. Personally I think the money could be better well spent...say a new surboard or an asian hooker.

You would think you would get a center cap to cover the rusty *** hub instead of spending uber dollars on purple lug nuts

Dude, we all know that would simply add to much rotational mass.
