how many quarts does an s1 hold?

cool thanks...my buddies third gear just started grindin at high rpm shifts, so were gonna go get some synchromesh....

sorry for the stupid question... but i just brought home my 87 crx si today, so i am new to crx's...

But, what is an S1 ?

i would also like to know how much tranny fluid the crx si holds for an 87 with the 1.5 L motor.

s1 is a b series cable tranny and it taked 1.9 quarts
l3 is a d series cable tranny and also takes 1.9 quarts

to be safe buy 2 quarts of the fluid....
