z6 and y7 oil pan the same?

Not at all.
Stick with any 92-95 Civic oil pan for a D16Z6 - 1.5L and 1.6L (SOHC) are all the same.
If you need a Y7 pan then i'd say try and find another Y7 because 1/2 the 96-00 pans were aluminum, while others were steel.
