Default ls/vtec or b16?

ok right now i have a 1sr gen b16.i bent some valves and put a hole in piston so i am either going to build up my b16 or sell the block as is and buy an LS block. what do u think would be a better prject for more power? i am building it for drag racing. so u kwno what its for if that helps. ok well thanx for the posts

If you're starting over, the extra displacment of the LS block will help out. Sure you could build the B16A just the same but the end result of the LSVTEC will be better in most cases. Just make sure to do it right which ever route you choose.

well im planning on sleeving and turboing the one i do. so i wasnt sure if the shorter stroke of the b16 would be better or not....keep them coming please
