Default I got one for u guys

Here in PA "go steelers" it's already getting cold out at night....So when drivin you have to use your Defrost.....whitch doesn't do **** utill you hit that nice AC button (95 by the way)....then the heat along with the dry air you get with that AC on clears the window up right away......turn off the AC and fog up in like 3 min

Question is....this summer i'm plainin on boosting and probly take AC out of car...what are the settings that you guys without AC use to defrost when its cold out

Here are the steps for the guys without AC to defrost windows!!!!

1. Get a nice rag (preferably pink or purple)

2. Take your left hand, wrap the rag around your hand.

3. Wipe window.

Let me know if you need any more help

I've never used a/c and I've been through alot of winters and the window fog is 100% worse down here with 100% humidity

if u take ur heat off circulate and put it on fresh air the heat will defog the window if that don't work crack the window

its fog not brain surgery

i cant see how shampoo or toothpaste would do any good but the rain-x is a good idea

If you really want your AC for defrost then keep it. There plenty of manifolds that go around AC.

I live in Canada so I think I'm qualified to answer. When I have just started the car and I'm waiting for the engine to warm up I have the fan set on 3, full heat, and recirculated air. When I get in and the engine is warm I set the fan to 1, heat 90%, and fresh air. Never have any problems whatsoever and I don't have AC or use any of that gay rainX ****.

I have never, ever had any luck defogging a car without A/C. The first few cars my parents had while learning to drive didn't have A/C, and it was a real bitch (in the summers, especially). In the winter, it's better because you can run full heat, but not by much. A/C all the way baby, it's the only time I ever use it.
