i have seen a 19inch rim on a civic hatch here in town. As for why? No clue, I asked the guy and he just gave me the "it looks tyte" respone.

ive seen some ugly *** 19's that u can see urself in on a eg but they looked so retarted it was hilarious i didint even think a stock honda had enough torque to get those things spinning

not very wide with out rolling the fenders but if rolled or given proper wide body treatment could go as far is it was rolled/extended ive seen a civic with 9 inch wides on the rear with a wide body

Depends on offset, fenders, ride height and prob more things i am forgetting.

You can get 18's with a 35 series tire without doing too much damage.

I had 215/35/19 on my 2000 Si for a while. I would hit the fender well just as the steering wheel would be maxed out. Look at my sig if you want a picture. I have 205/40/17 OZ now. Much better.
I wouldnt go any bigger than 16" personally, but 17s dont look bad without a body kit and in import tuner there was a 4 door on 20's and air cylinders awhile back and didnt have to do too many mods...
