i am only 14teens 1/2 n i am a newbie..I have money saved up N i dont know which car's to get..It is either 4rm a Civic hatch 96-98,Integra Type-R
like a 92-94,Integra GS-R 92-94, Or a CRX dont know which year yet..I want to get 1 of those but dont know which one..I want 2 swap the motors in any of them that i get..I want to know which Motor would do best 4 any of those cars..

wow, i think i seriously injured my brain trying to read that.

My advise, research research research. Go to cars.com and click on research. It will give you lots of info on the cars you are interested in. After you have researched save your money and look for a good one to buy.

BTW- there was no 92-94 ITR


and also, read the rules of the forum before you post. And for that matter read some of the stickies at the top. You have much to learn...

1 good thing about starting out young is that when your old enough to get a car youll know what your doing. But the way you type the way you wrote out your sentences your going the wrong way.

Grow up and think of a car like a part of a person instead of a "hey look at what i got this is cool..... isnt it?"

so your 14 teens? your prob gonna want to get rid of some of those teens,i dont think you can fit 14 in a honda and actually be able to drive

it'll take a while but u got plenty of time b4 you get ur lisence, read all the articles about honda/acura on this site and u will know what u want and what motor you want in it.

and if you go with an ITR ur gona want to keep that motor thats in it.

ahhh... is it me or do some of those links on there not work....

 

as a first car? Hatch or GSR integra. Either way you'll learn and hear about alot of things from a first car and who knows which route you'll take down the line.

Personally I lean towards integ GSR because A)it's stock motor is a decent start compared to stock hatches, B)atleast you can comfortably (with power) transport friends around, and C)in case you do smash you can bump over to a hatch.

 

GSR and dont touch it until you can drive it. And by drive I dont mean when you have a license, I mean DRIVE it.


I cant stand when kids buy a car, modify the hell out of it, then wreck it because they never learned how to DRIVE the car.

an ek9 motor or an ek9, u would have to be the richest 14 year old ive ever known if u have enough money to buy a ek9 on you're own

 

naw i have changed my mind i am gonna get the 96 hatchback n throw in a b16b..

 

b16b is a waste of money not to mention illegal

 

get the hatch...and do a swap

Wow you changed your mind within an hour and a half and your 14. Imagine how many times it will change till your 16 and able to get a car. I aint busting on ya, I change my mind all the time too on what I wanna do.

i believe hes takling about making it pass the smog emisons test in CA.

its gota suck to live there, thats why i like florida, there is no inspection, just register what ya got and go

cuz there was no usdm ctr which makes the b16b an illegal swap
