94 hatch cx. stock. whenever i turn in gear, especially in 1st, i can hear a noise comming from the right or left wheel (whichever way im turning) my friend had this problem before and when he change his axle he fix the problem. but now i have another guy telling me its my cv joints. so can anyone tell me whats wrong? thanks.

 

Well if your CV joint is busted wouldn't you just replace the axle anyway?

Yea, replace those axels ... D-Series Axels go for 50-80$ each @ Autozone

I've been running on busted axels for about 6-7 months

I'm waiting on a complete engine swap so im trying to manage

 

sounds like a rattle. i found a place selling the oem axle for $45 each. is that a good price?
