TRANSMISSION, quick question?
ok, i have been leaking trans. fluid for sometime, and i have just been refilling it bc i dont have time to go get it fixed as i have a VERY busy schedule
its either coming from the front pump seal or the inner axel seal, the output axle seal seems to be fine, all 3 seals are new and were replaced when the transmission was put it.
my question is this: Is there an additive that i can add to my fliud to seal up those spots, or is one of those two seals on backwards? or wrong?
it leaks fairly badly, normally when im driving and come home it will leak about 1/6 quart instantly, but then just drips or none, this leads me to believe it may be the pump seal rather than the inner axle seal
NOW WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?
THANK YOU
