Default Finally swap is done and I got my intercooler pipes to fit with em1 fogs

These are just a few finished product pics of the cooler pipes fitting with the fogs took a little bit of cutting and welding but they went in

CP 9.0:1 comp pistons
Eagle H beams
arp rod bolts
balance rotating assembly
B16 head
GSR cams
JG dual valve springs & titanium rets
Bronze valve guides
Golden eagle headstuds
Victor X intake manifold
Hondata intake gasket
Neukin Exhaust manifold
t3/tO4e .63 turbo
Tial 35mm
Stillbuilt 3" exhaust.. (The Gangster ****)
Hondata s200b
Aem rail
Aem fpr
Fast turbo fuel line
RC 550cc injectors.. Will be going bigger soon.. just need some 750 sats
I didnt cut the bumper support. I heated up the bumper support with a torch until it popped a hole in the bumper then I welded nuts to the bumper support and there you go..

very clean! thats how the Si should have come from the factory IMO. let us know what that beast runs at the track/dyno.

or they should have come from the factory with a honda motor big enough to make the power to pull that heavy *** car.....

If ya wouldnt mind me askin what is the size of that IC end to end and height and thickness and model I ask because I am getting ready to do the same =

Also any advice on making it easier if you had to do it again

Nice! If I ever go turbo I want to keep my fogs as well! Good job! You should do a DIY write up thread on how to keep the intercooler with the fogs. You have the best of both worlds!

To keep the fogs with my set up It was a bit of cutting and welding and making my own IC pipes. If you make them the Idea is to keep the pipes as close to the core support as possible and try to fun a 45 of the in and out let on the cooler.
I am just running a drag intercooler

I had to modify the fog bracket and then build pipes to make the bumper fit over top of the pipes.... all of my pipes kinda got screwed up with the new exhaust manifold.. I dont have pics of the pipes sorry
