although...most people use daytaeime running lights in their teuern signals...it does give a lower price on insurance however so it's not totally useless...anyways, turn signals under the headlamps is what you are looking for...high beams are too bright to use during th eday...by ehe way i'm drunk so disgreagard this post...

that appears to be a "city light" as opposed to a DRL....all that is a weak *** bult pointing towards the reflector to cause the housing to kinda glow.

to do that, just get the harness from a CTR or CTR style headlight, and retrofit it into a hole in the high beam projector. wire it up and bam

There are also city light kits available, drill and install. Look for city light on ebay or some such and it will pull up.

When I had my jetta, it had DRLs. The difference between just turning on your headlights and DRLs is that the DRLs send less power to the bulbs to help prolong their life. If you just turn them on, it's getting "full juice" and would kill your bulbs sooner. You could probably find some DRL kits on ebay.....

Well i guess you could find the DRL module that comes in all 5th gen accords in canada. Dunno about the diffrence in wiring but the module would be fairly cheap if you ordered from a junkyard.
