you can throw the engine in with a lot of work. You could do a front end conversion too.
The cluster is digital.. so probably not that.. the shifter is different and so is the suspension.
just buy an RSX if you want to look like one.

just asking cause my friend has a recked rsx and was wondering what can fit in a civic. The engine will drop in with hasport mounts and the hasport wiring and relocate the radiator
