i wanna drop my car wut is better sportline or prokit??
sportline is a bit stiffer, not noticably though. they are a bit lower also, so that is why I chose the sportlines.
had them for 2 years almost, great setup.
get better shocks while you are changing suspension parts..... better shocks can make even more improvement in handling than springs.

It comes down to how much of a drop you want on your ride,I have the sportlines wich have a 1.75 drop.the car runs great and feels like OEM not bumpy.I am going to switch soon, right now I'm running sportlines with tokico blues,I'm switching to Ground controls and Konis because i want to go a little lower maybe 2 or 2 1/4,and i want it a little more tighter.

i believe sportlines are 1.8" drop and the prokits are like 1.3. sportlines are more for looks than handling

I've got the sportlines riding on the lower perch of my koni's up front and the middle perch of the koni's in back. rides nice and stiff currently... i usualy don't set the shocks on softer settings though so i couldn't tell you how it is compared to stock. I wouldn't suggest lowering your integra on the stock shocks and struts b/c they will bottom more frequently and your handling isn't going to be worth ****. check out what it looks like... http://www.angelfire.com/nc2/Integra

PS- If you go witht he Koni's and GC's, you need GC sleeves designed for the Koni's, NOT for your integra's stock shocks. Get the koni's... see how you like the ride height using the koni's lower spring perches. if it's still not slammed enough, go for the gc's.

Erik...I have the same setup as you on my 94 integra. I was thinking about dropping the front perch on my yellows to the lower setting. I just didnt know if it would be too low or look weird. I like the way your car looks with the front notched down. Do you have any problems with rubbing or bottoming out. Also, do you have any pics from the side so i can see it more clearly. THank you very much!!
i have the sportlines along w/ Koni yellows.. i love my set up.. it works great on the street... i think it depends on how much lower you want the car.. if you want a larger drop go w/ the sportlines.. if you want less of a drop go w/ the prokits.. or you can always get coilovers also..anyway i'have had my sportlines for years now.. i got them first before i got shocks.. cuz i was in college and didnt have money to do both.. but getting the springs and shocks done will yeild a great improvement and save you time and labor costs....
btw.. yeah putting it on the lower spring perch of the koni shock will make it sit a little lower... since i drive around in la where theres potholes.. mine are at the stock perch setting..

My front is lower when it's parked, but when driving it sits just about PERFECTLY even. There's nothing worse than riding down the road seeing a car with the back end saggin and tuckin twice as much tire/rim as the front... I do have to be careful when pulling in places and going in some driveways. It's an annoyance sometimes, but overall I'm very happy with it.
