Default which wiring harness to use???

I have a 1997 civic DX coupe and am swapping an obd1 b18c1 into it. I have a DX harness , the GSR harness and an HX harness. Some have told me to buy a 96-98ex harness is this necessary or can i use one of the harness' i already have. Any help would be appreciated.

if u use the 96-98 EX harness, u will save ur self wiring problems,
u can use ur DX harness but u will have to change some plug sensors and off course run the vtec wires.... i THINK u can use the HX harness, i was told it is the same as the ex harness xcept for an addition plug or 2, but dont quote me on this.

here is a very useful link that i also found helpful since i am starting my swap tom
(type r in a 96 civic DX)

Said statements above are true and the easiest. However, you didn't state the years of the DX or HX harness, and this could be a problem. If they are out of the 96-97, all will work, but the #1 option would be EX, then HX, and DX.
