Default center mount antenna, yay or nay?

i've been thinking about this for a while. shaving my stock antenna and putting one in the center back of my roof, basically where the rear window squirter is, i don't use it anyway. what do you all think???

yea kinda like the v dubs but not as tall, i actually have one that i "borrowed" from my friend that isn't using it, im just debating weather or not to install it. its aprox. 9 inches from base to tip and it came with a power wire and a signal wire. here is the exact same one on ebay

That's exactly what I was thinking about the other day, putting a stumpy antenna where the squirter is. I plan on taking the wiper off anyways, so the squirter would go too.

Ive seen a crx here in town with a IS300 one and it loooked really good, do it and let us know how it comes out.

the only concern i have is that the sunroof will hit it, but i guess i could just not put it back all the way, plus i took my rear wiper off but the switch to opperate the rear wiper/squirter is still there, does anybody know it i can use a multifunction switch off a sedan to get rid of that???
