my friend has a d16z6 in a ef with turbo (6psi).he has a low buget a month and he wanted to be fast without paying lots of money.he had a gsr block but needed everything from clutch to mounts,tranny everything.i gave him the boosted d16z6 that runs mid 13s and he is satisfied..pulls moded type r , b18b egs, b18c1 egs s2000 but his friends call him a chump for trading...he doesn't plan on running 12s..just wnated something a little quick..just wondering if he is a chump or his friends are hating? the motor can handle 9 psi but daily driven...look for him on the freeway in d town..not bad for a sohc

 

13's is nice on a DD my d series is running 8-10psi so he can turn it up if he wants to just make sure he does the proper tuning. Either way a guy running 13s is not a chump.

They can call him a chump all they want, but if they tried to round up a bunch of cars to beat him in a race, they would find the line really wouldn't be that long.
