Built motor + Emissions + tuning = :-)
Running 11.4:1 compression with BC3+ & RC 440s, I thought it would be difficult passing the sniffer...
Tuned with Crome and using a renault cat from hytech.
Matt @ http://www.ams-tuning.com definitely knows what he's doing. I passed the sniffer with flying colors. My car is actually letting out less pollutants than my old stock motor.
If you're looking for a tuner in the New England area, I would definitely recommend him. Here are my numbers:

Renault is the brand of cat that hytech uses... so yes, I have a cat.

damn. probably should pull my head out of my *** before I ask questions. Good job on passing the sniffer. I just moved to a land of DEQ and am pissed at big brother. I was wondering whether a "high flow" cat would contribute or not to passing. It looks like it helped with your setup!

This is a full tune, street-tuned then dyno-tuned.
I'm not in CA, so the visual test is really lenient (basically non-existent). They popped my hood, but I left my endyne breather w/ no pcv and my cam gears exposed.

BUT YOU ARE NOT ME!! lol... yeah, I'm pretty happy. Matt @ AMS-tuning.com was pretty sure that I would pass, and he was right.
If it didn't pass this way, I'm sure he could have burned me 2 chips with a switch just for emissions... but why do that, when he can offer a full tune that passes emissions right?
baaaazzzickly uh.... yeah.
