fuel pump not getting power?

ok, my freind just did a b16 swap in his 88 crx and he drove it around the other day and it ran fine... he got on the highway and droped it into fourth and it jsut died he puled over and turned the car off checked over the engine... turned the key and the fuel pump wasn't sucking any gas.. used a voltage testor thing-e- (the screwdriver that lights up) on the connector that goes over the fuel pump into the car... its getting a tiny bit of power threw one wire and the fuses are ok... any ideas? and if possiable can you let me know what wires are which, the two yellow are poer.. and theres on ground.. whcih is the other one?... thanks a lot guys!!
