Fuel pump not getting power?
On my friends freshly rebuilt b16, when he went to start it up, it wasnt getting any fuel. Upon closer inspection of fuses, main relay and stuff, it turns out the fuel pump was not getting power. The same thing happened to my gf's civic when it was put back to stock, the fuel pump was not getting power. any idea at what could be causing this?
if it wasnt a fuse or a main relay, i would try running a constant 12v to it and see if it cuts on, if it doesnt check grounds or see if the pump is bad. if it does cut on get ready to trace wires. if all the wires check out, look over the fuses and main relay again
well, we ran a direct line of 12v power, and it turned on. at the plug of the fuel pump, there was ground, but no power. we swapped over 3 main relays, so that wasnt the problem. do any wires from the engine harness control the fuel pump?

<girlfriend mentioned above/owner of one of the civics.
thats odd... my coil went bad some while ago and i dont recall it affecting the fuel pump... hrmm
then again i never correlated one to another.

ive been searching my comp for 2 hours for the damn fuel system wiring schmatic, but i think i deleted it when i reformatted this POS. imma try and get another copy.

ive never seen this either, but then again ive always seen fuel pump problems as what i listed.

Just out of sheer curiosity, you checked the actual FUEL PUMP fuse yes?
It amazes me how many EK owners don't realize they have one.
BTW, convert to a direct line, gives the pump consistent power and keeps the bypass working full time.

the ecu is hooked up, if we put 12v power to the fuel pump, the car will turn on. but the CEL doesnt work, the fuel pump doesnt turn on(if we dont put power to it) and the radiator fan doesnt turn on either.
Make sure that all the connections to the wire harness are completely snapped together...I'm talking about the three main ones on the drivers side firewall.
I had the exact same problem you had before.
