Which model do you have?
If it is a fifth generation model. all you need is two air bags and the srs module.
Anyways, i am curious to know how much did you spend on it?

u dont need to change clockspring if it still working.. sometimes it goes out because of the impact when bags deploy.

check if your horn, cruiz control working, and then unplug the batery and check srs wires with a tester from steering wheel behind air bag and connector behind behind the wheel.

if all this working then no need to change the clock spring.

I stole this from the prelude forum rusbear wrote it up.
or just go here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1790119" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow external">http://<a href="https://honda-tech.c...id=1790119</a>

The directions for resetting the light using the MES connector are fairly simple:
1) Find two holes on the plug:

2) Make a conductor of some kind to plug into those holes. A paper clip will do:

3) Plug it in, turn the ignition on without starting the car
4) When the SRS light goes off, disconnect
5) When the light comes back on, reconnect
6) The light will go off again. Disconnect.
7) If all goes well, the SRS light will blink twice
8) Turn ignition off, wait 10 seconds, start the car, enjoy
