hondas are one of the most reliable cars on the road.

reliabilty is gonna be different for every car no matter what it is tho, if you dont drive it WOT all the time it will most likely be a very reliable car.

Try and buy one that has low mileage and was driven by an old lady

Mine with 70k 1 prev owner hasn't had any hiccups for the last 5k miles, if that helps. If they are taken good care of I don't think there's any "special" issue with them. Sometimes it might seem like they are hard to start but I think that's because of the way their fuel system is setup..as long as you give the fuel pump a few seconds before cranking it if the car's been sitting awhile you should be ok.

I'd highly suggest learning how to speak and/or type before you try and find your dream car.

i wouldnt listen to this kid he thinks his em1 runs 13's with bolt ons anyways, yep sure are, i am on many forums and i notice this forum to have the least biggest problems with their cars.... because its a honda forum, anyways if something happened to my car i would buy another civic since im a poor college kid and they never break

there are only a 2 things i hate on EK's....

there motor mounts are ridiculous stock for the B series...but can be used...
i bought mounts to help this.......and now my car vibrates at idle...oh well..its in the car..
the wiring is ridiculous....splicing for 96-98 models if its not an EX...it can be a major pain in the A$$...but other then that..i love my car

Happened to mine at 90k. There was a thread about this a few months back, and this was pretty much the concensus. Haven't had a problem with the B- in about 30k, and I regularly wind it out. Snapped the timing belt at approx. 8 grand and still haven't had any repercussions.

It's a Honda, it will be VERY reliable. I have 2 Hondas, and have had only 1 problem with each of them. Do the routine maintenance, and the car will never leave you stranded.
