Could I Use The Lug Nuts That I Have On My Aftermarket Wheels Right Now On Steelies?
I just picked up a set of tires for cheap and I was wondering if I could use my lug nuts that I have on my aftermarket wheels on to the steelies.
No.
OEM lugs are acorn style. Aftermarket lugs are more of a V shape. You'll just tear up your steelies, and it's not safe.

what about the other way around? Can you use stock lugs on something like rotas.

No, you need to use the proper lug nuts for the type of wheel you are running. Rotas (like most aftermarket wheels) require a conical seat lug nut, and stock Honda nuts should not be used with them.
