Default compression test results

#1: 155-160
#2: 175-180
#3: 175-180
#4: 120

Condition of the spark plugs were good.. not lean not rich, no detonation. What could be a list of problems I am looking at? I know for a fact the bottom end is in perfect condition so it has to be something with the head. Valve seals? Also at idle my vacuum is at 16. By the way its a b18b block with a b16 head.

i mean like physically check it with the motor in the car. i know theres a trick with a dollar bill and you stick it flat up against the muffler but thats about it. what other ways are there? im hoping its the seal or seating.

if a valve is bent; clearance will be way off.

I did a valve adjustment when I put the head on. The thing is I dont think I bent it.. If it is bent I think it was done by the person who owned the head b4 me. I did a valve adjustment when I put the head on. Will this method still apply? Would it be tighter or looser than spec? Thanks.

If a valve was bent after the last time it was adjusted it should be loose.
