Default Cable tranny clutch fork same as hydro?

I'm sure this is a repost but the search server is down so I'll start it again... Does anyone know if a B series hydro tranny uses the same throwout bearing fork as a cable tranny? Could I use the fork from my d series tranny? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
