Default lower suspension

hey wassup guys. i have a 2002 accord coupe ex 4 cyl manual. i just bought eibach sportline springs. i'm planning on buying koni shocks within the next two days. what else do i need to lower the car?

also, the shocks that i found were koni sport shocks. the price that they're selling for is 548.80 for all 4. does that sound about right?

An alignment after the install would correct any issues you have with toe/camber, and is highly recommended.

spring compressor? unless you wanna shoot them, which is dangerous.

Bah you dont need a spring compressor. wrap the whole assembly in a blanket, and it will take away about 95% of the impact.

so all i need is the springs and struts right?and then after the install i need to get it aligned? also...which struts from koni should i get? i don't really know much about this topic so please help.

no shocks are independant from the spring. you have coilover struts so you need struts. also you might want to check out a front and rear camber kit if you are lowering you car more than 2'' you might run into problems with cupping the insides of your tires.

From what I've read using the "search" function. You just might. Lowering more than 1.5 inches would put you at the borderline mark. And at 2, I would say you do.
This is solely based on what I've found reading through posts using the search feature. I suggest you do the same (from one noob to another...before they flame you).

i dont think you worked on an accord before. do not do this with accord springs it will kill you. they are not like civic ones they are under a crazy amount of tension.
