Ignition switch

hey all, my car has been cutting out recently due to a faulty ignition switch. honda wants 2 hundred for a new one. Is there anyway to fix the one i have? clean the contacts maybe?

What part is bad? the key part or the electrical part that you take off the back? If its the back part get a used one off here, or eBay......
