i'm throwing a d16 from a 97civic ex in a 92dx. the obd systems are different obviously. my problem is how to make it work..basically i wanna keep it obd1. if i use an obd1 ecu, wire harness and everything else and an obd2 motor will it work?

 

the engine will work if you swap over all the electronice, injectors, dizzy, alternator, and everything alse should plug right in. i know i am forgetting something, but it is cake, we have a y7 in a 93 delsol all we did was swap over the intake from a cx, i know, i know ghetto, but it was a freebie and i got it running from swap leftovers i had in my shop.
