Default Whats wrong with my windows??

I changed out the regulator and its still acting weird

the window will roll down easy and go up halfway easy then it gets hard to go up

I took the door panel off and sometimes it gets cockeyed out of the track in there and I have to try and reset it

do I need to adjust something because it gets real hard to get all the way up like its tight

it acts the SAME as the regulator I just took out so Im sure thats not it

Do I need to take a screwdriver and open up the sliders in the tracks or something?

buy a new run channel, the thing that the window sits in.

and Honda recommends not lubing ur run channels... i know it works but thats what they say
