Has anyone had problems with installing the jdm window visors on there EG's? Was it a simple installation or did you have to do some modification? does anyone know if there is a write up with pixs anywhere? i found the diy for the ek but it wasn't much help.

 

I had a little bit of a had time at first. If they are the true honda visors you will need to remove the window weather strip. the little clips that are on the visors slide under the weather strip and clip to the door. Kind of a Bietch but once their on you will never fear them coming off. I'll try to take some pics of how I did mine later today.

 

yeah there the real honda ones. when i went to put them on it made the weather strip bulge out where the clips was at.

you just have to work them (the clips) in the slot, then work the weather stripping in. It took me about 1 hour to get to look good.

 

yeah, i did all that. the clips went in, no problem. but the the weather stripping after putting them back in made it bulge out where the clips was at. wat yours like that?

I guess you have the cut your weatherstrip for the clips to fit...

 

ive always heard u had to cut the weather stripping to make them fit.

I did not have to cut anything I would not suggest it, You just have to take your time. try to roll your window up to see if to helps you seal the stripping. Other wise check ther clips and make sure they are up in the door slot all the way. I'll get some pics today, I hope.
