yeah it will fit, it is recommended for anyone doing the H22 swap into a 5th gen Accord to swap their fuel rail with the H22. The fuel connects on opposite sides.

can i just get a lil bit more feedback.... if i buy this AEM rail meant for a 5gen accord and it doesnt fit my 4gen h22 ill flip so plz someone gimme more feedback thanks

Uhh when i bought my aem fuel rail for my h22 motor it had taps on either side for the fuel line. I got rid of that dumb banjo bolt trash and did a ss line with earls fittings.
