Default Help! How to unplug electrical connections?


I've been poking and pulling on this damn plug for the last 30 mins and i cant figure out how to get it undone. Whats the trick to them?

Looks like that damn O2 sensor plug, Ive been trying to get that off to. Also you gotta oil leak you need to tend to lol.

it is the o2 sensor plug.. still cant make it work
is there more than one tab? there is the one on the top, but i cant make it do anything useful. the plug still doesnt move.

and about the oil leak, it has been fixed.. just not cleaned up. (i hope its fixed lol)

some times the clips get stuck together pretty good. Your gonna have to push on the main tab and pull the back out. Might take a little extra umph!!

not really push, but more like squeeze the tabs.

wearing gloves seemed to help when i did it.

if not that...maybe some super pliers.

push down on the tab and get a small flat head to pry it out

yep, what he said, while pushing down the tab, get a small flat head and put it between the 2 connectors then twist the flathead 180 degrees or try to pry it, i like the twisting it better.

P.S. make sure you took it off of it's other "tab" too(the plugs are clipped on to a metal clip this is the other "tab" it should be on the other side of the main tab). This may be your problem.
